Researchers Develop High-Tech Device That Simulates Holding a Girl’s Hand

Developed by a research team at Gifu University, in Japan, “My Girlfriend in Walk” is an ingenious device that aims to recreate the experience of holding your girlfriend’s hand, without an actual girlfriend. The act of walking hand in hand with the opposite sex, be they partner or friend, can be very satisfying, but we don’t always have someone to do it with. Luckily, technology has evolved enough to provide a viable surrogate, kind of…

Stanley Thermos – These things are great. Easy to clean, don’t retain odors, tough as hell, keep stuff hot all day, and cheap.

My father worked as a handler at a aluminum factory with a proud Stanley thermos owner. This guy used to push his thermos past the edge of the table and have it slam into the floor almost every lunch break over the years he worked there. Just because HIS thermos could handle it and nobody else’s could.

6 People Describe What’s It Like To Do DMT

November 10, 2020

1. The other side was like a rollercoaster ride. I had no choice but to sit back and be carried away as things unfolded in front of me. I — or, my essence, my consciousness — was just floating in space, detached from existence, not fighting anything, not trying to direct anything. It was like I was being given a spiritual tour of this parallel world.

The first thing that I remember is the imagery. The infinitely intricate, breathtakingly complex geometric images that I saw were indescribably beautiful. One pattern after another, in split seconds, unfolded. Dozens of them. They unfolded or melted away as quickly as they appeared. Glowing rainbow colors — everything had an aura. It turned blue, green, yellow, hot pink, light orange — unfathomably beautiful. And they kept coming and coming and coming — It is simply astonishing that the mind is capable of such things.

snowflame comic

There is a D.C. super villain named Snowflame who gains super powers from snorting cocaine

Snow Flame is able to increase his strength and cover himself in white fire when he ingests cocaine. He also claimed that his strength increased the more he fought. It’s unknown how he gained these powers.

Snow Flame’s first and only appearance was against the New Guardians when they attempted to stop his drug cartel. Snow Flame easily bested the team in their first battle against him after he ordered his men to simply shoot the heroes. The heroes survived and faced off against Snow Flame once more. This time they did much better and after a chaotic battle Snow Flame was tossed into a shed, by his followers, which promptly exploded. He was assumed dead and has never been seen again.

pain is temporary

“Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever”.

Build character, when you give up you aren’t just giving up right now. You’re giving up for all situations that gets that tough in the future.

I used to see it as just another variation of pain is temporary but victory lasts forever, but now I see it’s portraying a completely different message to it. It’s about the two different mentalities you can have in life. You can either be a quitter or getter. The problem with being a quitter is that it becomes a habit. You will always start to quit when it gets hard to that point, and you wouldn’t able to push yourself any further. Meaning, you won’t be able to evolve as a person. When you quit, the exact same pain doesn’t ever go away. It remains there until the next time you have to face it. The exact same pain that’s temporary becomes permanent as long as you keep quitting. So the next time you think about quitting think about what you’re projecting to the universe.

The homie sent over the new video from Los Angeles based electro pop singer Ceara Cavalieri. The cutie creates infectious music with driving basslines and warm vocals. Her latest song is entitled “Damn” and is about dating a narcissist and a con artist.  The nostalgic and dramatic visuals show Ceara as a Cathlioc school girl leaving the jerk and finding solace ultimately in something new.

Dummy head used by John Anglin to fool prison guards during his escape from Alcatraz Prison. Him and his 2 companions whereabouts are still unknown. The head was made of cloth, soap, toothpaste, concrete-dust and human hair.

While John and Clarence Anglin, 2 of the 3 men who ever escaped from Alcatraz, were officially reported to have drowned in the bay, their mother received flowers anonymously every Mother’s Day until she died, and two very tall unknown women were reported to have attended her funeral.
