May 8, 2023

Semen retention is the practice of abstaining from ejaculation, usually for a period of time. Some people believe that semen retention can have various benefits, such as increased energy, better focus and concentration, improved physical performance, and greater sexual stamina.

WannseeList

List of Jewish populations by country used at the Wannsee Conference attended by Nazi Party and government officials in January 1942

In preparation for the conference, Eichmann drafted a list of the numbers of Jews in the various European countries. Countries were listed in two groups, “A” and “B”. “A” countries were those under direct Reich control or occupation (or partially occupied and quiescent, in the case of Vichy France); “B” countries were allied or client states, neutral, or at war with Germany. The numbers reflect the estimated Jewish population within each country; for example, Estonia is listed as Judenfrei (free of Jews), since the 4,500 Jews who remained in Estonia after the German occupation had been exterminated by the end of 1941. Occupied Poland was not on the list because by 1939 the country was split three ways among Polish areas annexed by Nazi Germany in the west, the territories of Poland annexed by the Soviet Union in the east, and the General Government where many Polish and Jewish expellees had already been resettled.

How to Stay Consistent so You Can Reach Your Goals

How to Stay Consistent

You’re here because you want to be successful. You’re here to figure out how to set goals and then reach them so that you can live the life that you’ve always wanted to live. You’re here because you want to learn self-discipline.

In my opinion, the most important ingredient in achieving any of these things is staying consistent. It doesn’t matter if you do one great workout or study hard for one day or write one great post for your blog. What matters is that you are consistent.

Being decent consistently will get you much farther than being amazing one time.

How Did Half-Life Change The Gaming Industry?

May 5, 2023

half-life

Before half life came out shooters were very basic. They had a setting – demon infested Mars base, nazi castle etc and a few words on the back of the box to explain the why you were there.

The gameplay was fun but it was a case of finding the way to the end of the level so you could do the same on the next level maybe youd find a new gun or a secret area every few levels. Eventually after 20 levels of the same thing you’d fight a big boss that essentially just took more bullets to kill than other enemies and that was the end.

Oskar Schindler welcomed by hundreds of holocaust survivors in Jerusalem, 1962.

Initially, Schindler was mostly interested in the money-making potential of the business and hired Jews because they were cheaper than Poles—the wages were set by the occupying Nazi regime.

Later he began shielding his workers without regard for cost. The status of his factory as a business essential to the war effort became a decisive factor in enabling him to protect his Jewish workers.

You Can’t Hate Yourself Into Being A Better You

May 5, 2023

stop hating yourself

I thought if I did enough self improvement I would be happy. I thought that losing the weight, learning to beat procrastination, and practicing happiness affirmations would make me a content human being.

But my self love was conditional. I felt good when I made progress on my goals. It was great when I applied what I learned. But there are always setbacks.

And when you love yourself conditionally those setbacks are cause for brutal self evisceration.
