The things my patients say they’ll miss the most are NOT seeing the World Landmarks, buying fancy things, that new car, “living it up” party style, etc.
Here is an actual compiled list:

How To Save A Tooth After It Gets Knocked Out

Not a lot of people know you can save your tooth if it gets knocked out and it can grow back alive. For example in a fight or (sport)accident. If you don’t follow these steps it reduces the chance of survival of your tooth drastically. When it dies it becomes brown-ish and it has a short life span.
A tooth is a living part of your body. The inner part of the tooth is called the pulpa. The pulpa consists of nerves, blood vessels, stem-cells and this can die. When this happens the lifespan of the tooth is short (around <10 years) and will eventually require an implant or a bridge because it will fall out. When your tooth gets knocked out (or you see one getting knocked out) it is important to follow these steps:

Picture of the Day
Before days of modern medicine, many feared being buried alive. As a result, safety coffins were invented in case the living were mispronounced dead. A string attached to a bell allowed the victim to alert those above
In 17th century England, it is documented that a woman by the name of Alice Blunden was buried alive. As the story goes, she was so knocked out after having imbibed a large quantity of poppy tea that a doctor holding a mirror to her nose and mouth pronounced her dead. (Tea made from dried, unwashed seed pods would have contained morphine and codeine, which are sedatives.)
Kaizen – The Japanese Approach To Achieving Your Biggest Goals

(photo: @lordmaui)
In Japanese culture there exists the practice of Kaizen, which includes the idea of the ’one-minute principle’ for self-improvement. At the heart of this method is the idea that a person should practice doing something for a single minute, every day at the same time. Clearly, it shouldn’t be any trouble for absolutely anyone — even the laziest person — to carry out a given task for such a small amount of time. This is extremely important because anyone can do it for just one minute a day. In the western culture, the majority will think that this technique is ineffective and many are doubtful because they believe that people can only achieve success through pouring in enormous effort and time.

What’s It Like To Have ADHD As An Adult

(art: Kota Art)
I’ve spent my whole life wondering why I procrastinate on things I enjoy doing. I think I’ve figured it out, and it’s really fucking stupid.
Intellectually, I know that the future is a real thing. There is, in fact, a time other than now. I know that. But I don’t believe it.
My brain thinks time is a myth and there’s no such thing as tomorrow. No matter how many times tomorrow comes, it refuses to believe that it will happen again. It’s like I think the world is going to end in 15 minutes.
Lessons Learned From Two Months of Sex with Semen Retention

A little over two months ago I was lucky enough to meet a girl who was 100% on board with the whole tantric/karreza/sex without release bit. While I’d had these experiences in the past, they were few and far between, and I’d certainly never had a partner who was committed to helping me with this stuff. I figured I’d take some time off from posting and take a deep dive into the world of sex with Semen Retention.
