Confessions of a Former Incel

How did it start?

I became really active in those communities starting about 2015-2016, when I was a 16 year-old kid, and it all started with a couple of those “feminist owned” compilations that were plastered everywhere at the time.

At the time I was dealing with a lot of problems for a kid my age, and a lot of things that contributed to me being a target for these groups. I had an alcoholic mother who would pass out during the day and leave me to look after 2 kids, I dealt with SA as a child that gave me weird views about sex and relationships, and I had undiagnosed ASD & ADHD which made it hard to keep friends, do well at school, and have any sort of positive opinion of myself.

What is Seppuku?

Seppuku is a ritualized and institutionalized form of suicide among the Samurai in Feudal Japan, performed by plunging a sword into your stomach and disemboweling yourself.

It was fundamentally an “honorable” way to commit suicide when you would otherwise be killed, not some random act done based on minor embarrassment.

Samurai would do it rather than be captured by a hostile force or after being convicted of very serious crimes. Sometimes it would be a requirement for a peace treaty and basically replaced killing the leader of the losing faction.

Confessions From The Dead Bedrooms Community

dead bedroom confessions

1. I can’t do anything but laugh/cry at this point. On Monday night my wife laying next to me rolled over and showed interest. It’s been a 14 year relationship. 6 of them dead bedroom.

She started by kissing my ear and I thought what do you want. It got to the point a year ago where I stopped trying entirely. I had now gotten body issues and severely depressed from the all the rejections and can’t connect with her physically out of a mental trigger of fear of rejection or something.
