A little over two months ago I was lucky enough to meet a girl who was 100% on board with the whole tantric/karreza/sex without release bit. While I’d had these experiences in the past, they were few and far between, and I’d certainly never had a partner who was committed to helping me with this stuff. I figured I’d take some time off from posting and take a deep dive into the world of sex with Semen Retention.
Semen retention is the practice of abstaining from ejaculation, usually for a period of time. Some people believe that semen retention can have various benefits, such as increased energy, better focus and concentration, improved physical performance, and greater sexual stamina.
As men, it is instinctual to have the desire to discharge the excess of sexual energy that gets built up within.
In preparation for the conference, Eichmann drafted a list of the numbers of Jews in the various European countries. Occupied Poland was not on the list because by 1939 the country was split three ways among Polish areas annexed by Nazi Germany in the west, the territories of Poland annexed by the Soviet Union in the east, and the General Government where many Polish and Jewish expellees had already been resettled.

In my opinion, the most important ingredient in achieving any of these things is staying consistent. It doesn’t matter if you do one great workout or study hard for one day or write one great post for your blog. What matters is that you are consistent.
Being decent consistently will get you much farther than being amazing one time.

Before half life came out shooters were very basic. They had a setting – demon infested Mars base, nazi castle etc and a few words on the back of the box to explain the why you were there.
The gameplay was fun but it was a case of finding the way to the end of the level so you could do the same on the next level maybe youd find a new gun or a secret area every few levels. Eventually after 20 levels of the same thing you’d fight a big boss that essentially just took more bullets to kill than other enemies and that was the end.

I thought if I did enough self improvement I would be happy. I thought that losing the weight, learning to beat procrastination, and practicing happiness affirmations would make me a content human being.
But my self love was conditional. I felt good when I made progress on my goals. It was great when I applied what I learned. But there are always setbacks.
And when you love yourself conditionally those setbacks are cause for brutal self evisceration.
