In the realm of love and relationships, not all that glitters is gold. Sometimes, what starts as a fairy tale romance can slowly morph into a relationship that’s more draining than fulfilling. Recognizing the signs of a toxic relationship is crucial for your emotional and mental well-being. Here are five warning signs to look out for:
How long were you together when the physical abuse began and what did she do?
The physical abuse didn’t really start until a few years into the relationship. In retrospect, I can honestly see that it went in stages of her seeing how much she could get away with.
First, it started with constant criticism, then it turned to controlling my actions; who I could and couldn’t see, what I could do in my spare time etc… then it turned into verbal abuse and bullying and then finally it turned into regular physical violence.
There are several reasons. Horses develop problems in their hooves if they don’t move around enough or are forced to put weight on only 3 legs. You can think of their hoof as a giant fingernail, and the bone behind it is shaped like a wedge pointing forwards and towards the ground. Too much pressure on the other 3 hooves can cause severe pain, swelling, and separation of the bone from the hoof. In severe cases the bone in the hoof can puncture through the bottom or separate from the top.

1. It’s hard to explain, but for me it’s that the sense of being part of some story where you are the protagonist kind of fizzles out unceremoniously and leaves you drifting for the rest of forever.
As a kid, you’re on a path, there’s a plan laid out for you, and whether you intentionally break from the plan or follow it to the letter, there’s this linear progression of growth, and an ultimate goal to strive for. You have allies, you have enemies, you have trials that you pass or fail, you have moments of catharsis, etc. You feel like part of a beautiful narrative, like the heroes in movies and books and tv shows and stories. You feel like there’s a right and a wrong way to go, and some ultimate fate waiting for you at the end that will sum up what all of it meant.
You’re not just going to wake up as a productive supersoldier.
You have to start implementing seemingly small changes today, and building on them every day or every week.
Our bodies and minds don’t like dramatic change of any kind, so you need to take small steps in the right direction.
Get up 15 minutes earlier than usual, not 3 hours.

Let me explain it to you, I’ve been an opiate addict for a long time and tried many drugs.
Drugs that are ‘uppers’ have the most ‘obvious’ euphoria.
For example if you take adderall/coke/meth/speed/MDMA you will get this shining bright euphoria, self confidence, energy, and other drug-specific feelings (for meth like you are king or for MDMA like you love everyone).
However, you owe these drugs back what they delivered to you.
I’ve been raving for 8 days straight, and not the Disneyland version of raving you get at Mirage and E-Zoo. I’m talking about REAL shit-your-pants-in -the- k-hole raving, European fucking psytrance raving at Ozora festival in Hungary. I’ve been spending my days and nights getting blasted by 300 BPM industrial techno that sounds like it was produced in a meth lab by Serbian anarchists, partying with hackers and cyber alcemists who only take a break from raving to launch DDoS attacks against the central bank of a NATO member state, and everyone looks like they’re out of a Matrix Borat crossover universe. I’m holding my fucking ground, surviving on Mycroboost functional mushroom products, and a selection of novel molecules manufactured in a Soviet-era bunker. I can’t take your Justin Bieber Tomorrowland shit seriously anymore. No more mainstream EDM, just fucking psytrance festivals from now on.
