It’s a feeling that consumes you with temporary euphoric highs, and deep, dark lows. It’s almost like a panicked state of obsession. It fills your brain so all you can think about is that person. You start to care less about what really matters in your own life…your goals, your friends, your work. All that matters when you’re infatuated, is them. And you feel a strong, leeching desire to mold yourself into the person you think they’d want you to be.

In a 1997 study published by Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, the psychologist Dr. Arthur Aron guided pairs of strangers in tasks specifically designed to generate closeness. What’s It Like To Having Loving Parents

I’m not going to lie to you, it’s incredible. I was born to two loving parents who waited until they were well-off financially to have children.

The only struggle I’ve ever had in my life is with depression (genetic/hereditary, nothing I can really do about it).

I’m in college now, my parents pay for my expensive university with all their heart, they go out of their way to do little things to make me happy.
