This woman survived her head getting caved in by a wooden chair that fell 12 floors
Annabel Sen, 23, was walking to lunch with her boyfriend when a “heavy wooden lounge chair that fell from the terrace of the 12th-floor penthouse” landed on her, states a lawsuit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Sen “suffered a severe, life-threatening, traumatic brain injury, among other injuries, that required emergency brain surgery,” according to the court papers
The Midtown resident had two subsequent brain surgeries, and is no longer able to pursue a master’s degree at Harvard University as she was set to do this fall.
