kevin hines suicide

Back in 2000, Kevin Hines jumped off the golden gate bridge due mental illnesses. He miraculous survived because a sea lion was bumping him up and kept his head above water. Now he is a suicide prevention speaker

ABC News reported that Hines began hearing voices in his head telling him to die.

On his walk up the pathway, he wept. Hines contemplated not jumping, reasoning that if any person showed that they cared about him, he would not commit suicide.

A female police officer and male bridge workers passed him without stopping.

Monkey with Nueralink chip implanted in his brain plays ping-pong with his mind

Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk’s brain-chip startup released footage on Friday appearing to show a monkey playing a simple videogame after getting implants of the new technology.

The 3-minute video by Neuralink here shows Pager, a male macaque with chips embedded on each side of its brain, playing ‘Mind Pong’. Although he was trained to move a joystick, it is now unplugged. He controls the paddle simply by thinking about moving his hand up or down.

How Are We Sure That Humans Won’t Have Adverse Effects From WiFi, Wireless Charging, Phone Signals, Etc?

April 6, 2021

wifi effects

Wifi operates in either the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz spectrum.

Your home router puts out somewhere between 100 mW (milliwats, or 20dBm) to 400 mW.

Water “resonates” at 2.45Ghz. (more accurately, the too-heavy-on-one-side water molecule will respond and change position when you alternate the field)

The average home microwave operates at 2.45Ghz centered, but will waffle down to around 2.3Ghz or so (they’re not super accurate, and do not need to be).

The average home microwave puts out around 1000 W (Watts).

There’s no such thing as perfect shielding; 1-2 W escapes from your microwave.

From this perspective alone, you get more 2.4Ghz radiation when you microwave a cup of tea in the morning, than you would ever get from your Wifi router all day.

From this perspective alone, if you stand in view of a gigantic fusion reactor for a few minutes, you’ll get more 2.4 Ghz radiation than your router would likely provide you in your entire life. We call this state ‘daytime’ and ‘going outside’.

20 Extremely Useful Products That Will Make Your Life A Whole Lot Easier

Steam mops work by heating up water from a reservoir inside the mop to a temperature of nearly 250 degrees F and sending a jet of steam down into a mop pad covering the head. The stems soak the pad and assist its ability to loosen dirt and grime off the floor. Unlike traditional mops, the mop head absorbs the dirt, and the heat of the steam is able to kill most of the bacteria and dust mites on the floor. It is not only a faster means of cleaning but a more sanitary one.
