Theodore Lee is the editor of Caveman Circus. He strives for self-improvement in all areas of his life, except his candy consumption, where he remains a champion gummy worm enthusiast. When not writing about mindfulness or living in integrity, you can find him hiding giant bags of sour patch kids under the bed.
Confessions Of An Instagram Model
I am a fitness model with a big Instagram following (no I will not be sharing my IG or other accounts here, please don’t ask). Most people think we make most of our money from sponsorships and affiliate posts – we do make some money that way – but you’d still need a 9 to 5 to make ends meet unless you’re one of the top accounts. The open secret in the industry is that we get hired to spend time with really wealthy men overseas.

How Do Prisoners Get Tattoos?
Depending on the accessible materials they basically forge a tattoo gun and harvest ink.
Ink is most commonly made from soot. Pieces of plastic (from a chess or checkers set) are melted in a confined area, a piece of paper is held above the burning plastic to collect the soot. The soot is then scraped off and mixed with lotion or baby oil. Thus creating your ink.
Needles are made from the spring inside a pen. The spring is unraveled and sharpened, then wrapped with thread to hold ink.

The Prehistoric Snuggle.
250 million years ago, an injured amphibian known as Broomistega tried to find shelter from Earth’s most severe extinction event known as the Great Dying.
During this time, large amounts of carbon dioxide were emitted by volcanic eruptions, which led to an increase in global temperatures and the acidification of the oceans. 70% of life on the supercontinent of Pangea went extinct. Nearly all marine life was wiped out.

Decades ago, Theodore Roosevelt called his fellow Americans to embrace the strenuous life. He called for them to seek struggle and to avoid ease. He saw that life, not only success, is found in a strenuous life, and that death and a life wasted is found and created in an easy life.
