Stop looking. Stop looking for answers when you already have them.
You’ll never find a magic key to happiness as long as you’re looking for it, there’s no shortcut.
You know exactly how you want to live your life, and you know the steps to get there, there’s no shortcut.
Stop looking for ‘how’ to meditate. Meditate, learn through the experience. The same goes with many things, such as quitting a habit – you know exactly what you need to do to quit, but naturally you might instead gravitate towards constantly looking for that one perfect solution, that final magical key, but you’ll never be satisfied, the only true satisfaction you can find is acting through your own intuition, and putting what you already know to work.
all the time spent looking could be time spent doing.
